This is a 5 session program. Each session is 1 hour long and once per week.

PERSONAL POTENTIAL AND EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOPS
If your organization is interested in having Bob conduct a customized workshop for you or perhaps you would like to have an “at home” workshop party, all you have to do is gather a group of people and Bob can do a training for you in the convenience of your own home.
The specialized training and topics are:
Personal potential or self mastery
Eliminating negative thinking and fear
Spiritual Consciousness (This involves training in meditation, consciousness and how to raise your energy vibration)

Bob Mangroo is a personal potential coach and spiritual teacher. His work has helped thousands, both in his private practice and through workshops and seminars. He has appeared on CTV news, CBC television, and Life Network, as well as on CBC radio as an expert on the power of the mind. For over 12 years Bob Mangroo has researched and worked in the field of life coaching, hypnosis, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). In addition to earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at York University in Toronto, Canada, he is also a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the Ontario Hypnosis Association.
Bob conducts private sessions, lectures and workshops in order to help people achieve their greatest potential whereby his teachings are based on the core principles of success and spiritual insights.
